This Acting Website Admin role includes:

• 10 hours of site and store management per month
• Speak (or chat or email) with your dedicated WordPress Manager in real-time
• Website/webstore content update examples*:
  • Text: Additions or deletions
  • Photos: Additions, deletions, and retouching
  • SEO: Keyword research, implementation
  • Pages/Posts: Additions or deletions using existing page design
  • Products: Additions, changes to WooCommerce catalog
  • Cart/Checkout: Additions, changes
  • Payment processing: Additions, changes
  • Order management: Additions, changes to WooCommerce and fulfillment apps
  • Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move, or delete an item in the navigation)
  • File downloads: Additions or deletions of PDFs and other documents
  • Videos: Insertion or deletion of a pre-edited video
  • Links: Additions or deletions
  • Background images: Changes or replacements
  • Site theme styling: Changes or additions
• Monitor, manage and update theme and plugins
• Training on using your site and key site tools including 3rd party apps
• Comment spam and malware removal
• Site restoration
